Text
Each license issued to a service warranty association shall expire on November 1 following the date of issuance. If the association is then qualified under the provisions of the Service Warranty Act, its license may be renewed annually, upon electronic submission of a renewal application and fee in the manner and form prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner along with any applicable fees, and upon payment to the Insurance Commissioner of the license fee in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) in advance for each such license year. A license expired for failure to submit a renewal application may be reinstated within ninety (90) days after the expiration date by electronically submitting a fee in an amount that is double the renewal fee and a renewal application in the form and man
