Text

(A)Whoever violates division (C) of section917.09of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.
(B)Whoever violates section917.13or917.14of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense, a felony of the fifth degree on a second offense, and a felony of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.
(C)Whoever violates division (A), (B), (C), (D), or (G) of section917.05of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(D)Whoever violates division (E) or (F) of section917.05of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.
