Text

Sections915.01to915.12, inclusive, of the Revised Code, do not prohibit the shipping, consigning, or transporting of fresh food in properly refrigerated cars within this state to points of destination; nor do such sections prohibit such food when received from being held in a cooling room for a period of forty-eight hours; nor do they prohibit the keeping of fresh food in iceboxes or refrigerators in retail stores while the same is offered or exposed for sale.
