Text
(A)Whoever violates sections913.01to913.05of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates sections913.22to913.28of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for a first offense; for a subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both; for a third offense such person's license shall be revoked.
(C)Whoever violates section913.41of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than three hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than thirty nor more than one hundred days, or both.
