Text
The rights and titles of lot owners, purchased prior to the sale and conveyance under section759.42of the Revised Code, shall not be questioned, and such lot owners shall continue to hold and occupy their lots, under such rules and regulations as are adopted for the government and regulation of the cemetery by the authorities making the purchase.
