Any municipal corporation may provide public cemeteries and crematories for burial or incineration of the dead and regulate public and private cemeteries and crematories. Any cemetery established by a municipal corporation shall register with the division of real estate in the department of commerce pursuant to section4767.03of the Revised Code. Any cemetery of that nature is subject to Chapter 4767. and to sections517.23to517.25and1721.211of the Revised Code in addition to being subject to this chapter.
