Text

A township adjoining one in which a union cemetery is established as provided in section759.27of the Revised Code, may, by the consent of the board of township trustees of the latter township and of the legislative authorities of the municipal corporations, be admitted to an equal participation with the inhabitants thereof in the rights and privileges in the cemetery, upon such terms as are mutually agreed upon, but the title and control of such cemetery shall continue vested in the municipal corporation.
