Text

In joint meetings mentioned in sections759.34and759.35of the Revised Code, each member of the legislative authorities of municipal corporations and each member of the boards of township trustees shall have one vote in determining all questions. The proceedings of joint meetings shall be recorded by the clerk of the municipal corporation having the greatest number of inhabitants.
