Text
Upon the filing of a petition as provided by section757.01of the Revised Code, the taxing authority of the municipal corporation shall pass a resolution providing for the submission of the question of levying a tax as provided by such section at the next following municipal election. A copy of such resolution shall be certified by the taxing authority to the board of elections not less than ninety days before the general election in any year in which a municipal election is held, and such board shall submit the question to the electors of the municipal corporation at the succeeding November election.
