Text
The members of the board of park trustees shall serve without compensation. Before entering upon the discharge of their duties, they shall each take the oath of office prescribed by section733.68of the Revised Code, and, except as otherwise provided in the municipal charter or in section3.061of the Revised Code, shall give bond in the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars, conditioned according to section733.71of the Revised Code, and to the approval of the mayor and legislative authority of the municipal corporation.
