Text
The board of county commissioners of each county of the state may purchase, rent, or lease such dredging equipment as it deems necessary to be used in land reclamation projects as directed by the board of reclamation authorized in section6156.01of the Revised Code. If the board of county commissioners determines that such equipment is necessary, it shall, in the event of purchase, advertise its needs for at least twenty days and then let the purchase contract to the lowest bidder, provided that the board of county commissioners may reject all bids.
