Text
In order to acquire property as provided in section6151.01of the Revised Code by appropriation proceedings, the board of county commissioners shall adopt a resolution declaring the necessity therefor; and shall then proceed in accordance with sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
