Text
As used in this chapter:
(A)"Owner," "person," "public corporation," "land," "benefit," and "improvement" have the same meanings as in section6131.01of the Revised Code.
(B)"Lead county" means the county in which the majority of the initial length of a joint county drainage improvement would be located, as specified in an original petition filed under section6133.02of the Revised Code.
