Text
An action may be commenced and prosecuted for the recovery of any fine, forfeiture, or penalty mentioned in sections6117.01to6117.40, inclusive, of the Revised Code, from any person liable therefor, by the prosecuting attorney of the proper county in the name of the state, in the court of common pleas of such county, or such action may be commenced and prosecuted by the attorney general in such county or in Franklin county, as privided by law.
