Text

If the board of county commissioners fails after thirty days after the notice and order given to it by the director of environmental protection to perform any act required of it by sections6117.01to6117.40of the Revised Code, and by any such order and notice of the director, such order may be enforced by a writ of mandamus issued by any court authorized to issue such writs.
