Text
The guardian of minors or other persons under disability may appeal to the probate court as provided in sections6117.09to6117.11, inclusive, of the Revised Code, without giving bond for the payments of costs. The taking of such appeal must first be authorized by the court which appointed such guardian. The probate court shall make an entry showing such disability on the journal. The estates of such persons shall be liable for all costs adjudged against them or their legal representatives.
