Text

In pursuance of article IV of the compact set forth in section6113.01of the Revised Code, there shall be three members of the Ohio river valley water sanitation commission from this state. The governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, shall appoint two of such commissioners, each of whom shall be a resident and citizen of the state. The two commissioners so appointed shall not be of the same political party. Terms of office of the appointed commissioners shall be for six years, commencing on the thirtieth day of June and ending on the twenty-ninth day of June, except that the term succeeding the term which ended on June 29, 1972 shall commence on June 30, 1972 and end on June 29, 1976. Each commissioner shall hold office from the date of his appointment until the end of the term
