Text
Whenever it is ascertained by the adjutant general that any officer of the organized militia is unable to properly account for the property or moneys in the officer's possession, the adjutant general shall give immediate notice thereof to the attorney general for action against such officer and the officer's bonder, and the attorney general shall bring such action.
