Text

(A)If any enlisted member in the Ohio organized militia willfully, maliciously, purposely, or through carelessness or neglect, permits any of the arms, equipment, or other property issued to the enlisted member belonging to the state or the United States, to become lost, damaged, or destroyed, the commanding officer of the enlisted member's company, troop, battery, detachment, or other organization shall charge the value of the lost, damaged, or destroyed arms, equipment, or other property against any pay due the enlisted member under rules prescribed by the department of defense or the adjutant general.
