Text

(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, the military laws of this state shall conform to all laws of and regulations promulgated by the United States affecting the same subject and anything to the contrary is void if the subject matter has been acted on by the army, air force, or national guard bureau.
(B)All matters relating to the organization, discipline, and government of the state defense forces, not otherwise provided by the laws of this state or the rules promulgated under those laws, shall be decided by the custom, regulations, and usage of the armed forces of the United States.
