Text
Commissioned officers and warrant officers of the Ohio naval militia shall be chosen, commissioned, and take rank as provided for the Ohio national guard, following the regulations and customs of the United States navy.
Commissioned officers and warrant officers of the Ohio naval militia shall take and subscribe to the following oath of office:
"I,____________________, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Ohio, against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will obey the orders of the governor of the state of Ohio; that I make this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully disch
