Text
(A)Except as allowed under a permit issued under Chapter 4303. of the Revised Code, the sale of beer or intoxicating liquor in an armory, airfield, or other facility used for training and for the safekeeping of arms, clothing, equipment, and other military property belonging to the Ohio organized militia provided for by section5911.011of the Revised Code is prohibited.
(B)Any person guilty of violating division (A) of this section shall be punished as provided in Chapter 4303. of the Revised Code.
