The Ohio war orphans and severely disabled veterans' children scholarship donation fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of gifts, bequests, grants, and contributions made to the fund under section5910.02of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be deposited into the fund. The fund shall be used to operate the war orphans and severely disabled veterans' children scholarship program and to provide grants under sections5910.01to5910.06of the Revised Code.
