Text
(A)The Ohio veterans' homes shall maintain and operate a nursing home as part of each veterans' home for the benefit of honorably discharged veterans admitted to a veterans' home under this chapter. The nursing homes are subject to sections3721.01to3721.09and3721.99of the Revised Code.
(B)The nursing home within the veterans' home located in Sandusky shall be known as "The Robert T. Secrest Nursing Home."
