Nothing in sections5812.01to5812.52, or any other section of the Revised Code limits or restricts the definition of income in division (A) of section5813.02of the Revised Code or limits or restricts a governing board of an institution from requesting, or a trustee from making, distributions from an institutional trust fund in accordance with sections5813.01to5813.07of the Revised Code.
