Text
Any information provided to the department of natural resources by the department of taxation in accordance with section5703.21of the Revised Code shall not be disclosed publicly by the department of natural resources. However the department of natural resources may provide such information to the attorney general for purposes of enforcement of Chapter 1509. of the Revised Code.
