Text
The proportion of the compensation, damages, and costs of any road improvement to be paid by the township shall be paid out of any road improvement fund available for it. For the purpose of providing by taxation a fund for the payment of the township's proportion of the compensation, damages, and costs of constructing, reconstructing, resurfacing, or improving roads under sections5571.01,5571.06,5571.07,5571.15,5573.01to5573.15, and5575.02to5575.09of the Revised Code, and for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, or dragging any public road or part of any public road under their jurisdiction, in the manner provided in sections5571.02to5571.05,5571.08,5571.12, and5575.01of the Revised Code, the board of trustees may levy, annually, a tax not exceeding three mills upon each dollar of the
