Text

The board of county commissioners may provide for a road improvement within a municipal corporation by levying against the property benefited by such improvement in the same manner as provided in sections5555.41,5555.45,5555.46, and5555.47of the Revised Code. The municipal corporation shall pay to the county treasurer its estimated portion of the cost of such an improvement, to be borne by the municipal corporation as a whole, as fixed in the agreement between the legislative authority and the board, out of any funds available, and may issue such bonds therefor and under such conditions as provided for in section5557.04of the Revised Code.
