Text
This chapter provides an additional and alternative method for doing the things and taking the actions authorized by this chapter. This chapter shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powers conferred by other laws, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of any powers existing on or after September 1, 1949. Except for section126.11of the Revised Code, the issuance of bonds under this chapter need not comply with any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds.
