Text
The director of transportation may enter into agreements with the secretary of commerce of the United States as provided by section 122. of Public Law 85-381, the "Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1958." Any expenditures of money by the director in connection with agreements authorized by this section shall be payable from any funds available to the director.
