Text

The fees levied, charged, or referred to in sections4503.40and4503.42of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the highway operating fund created by section5735.051of the Revised Code, and shall be used to construct, reconstruct, maintain, and repair public roadside park areas, to provide for beautification projects along the state highway system, and to implement sections5529.03and5529.06of the Revised Code.
