Text

The highway capital improvement fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of the proceeds of obligations issued pursuant to section151.01and151.06of the Revised Code, and issued prior to September 30, 2000, pursuant to section5528.54of the Revised Code, except for amounts deposited into special funds, or into escrow funds for the purpose of refunding outstanding obligations. Money to the credit of this fund may be expended to pay costs of projects. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The state may participate in financing projects by grants, loans, or contributions to local government entities.
