Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury a fund to be known as the "highway improvement bond retirement fund." Moneys to the credit of said fund shall be expended for the purpose of paying interest, principal, and charges for the issuance and retirement of bonds and other obligations issued pursuant to Section 2g of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution and sections5528.10and5528.11of the Revised Code.
All moneys credited to such fund are hereby pledged and appropriated to meet payments of interest, principal, and charges for the issuance and retirement of bonds and other obligations issued pursuant to Section 2g of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution and sections5528.10and5528.11of the Revised Code upon the order of the commissioners of the sinking fund.
