Text
No applicant for qualification shall knowingly make a false statement with respect to his financial worth in any application for qualification, financial statement, or other written instrument filed by him with the department of transportation, pursuant to sections5525.02to5525.09of the Revised Code, or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto. Whoever violates this section shall be disqualified from submitting bids on contracts advertised for letting by the department of transportation for the period of two years following the date of his conviction.
