Text

Any way, crossing, or viaduct constructed over the tracks of any railroad company under sections5523.01to5523.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be of such height as not to be less than twenty-one feet in the clear, from the top surface of the rails of the railroad track to the lowest point or projection of such overhead way, crossing, or viaduct, unless such company consents to or the court orders a less height. In no event shall the court order a less height than sixteen feet three inches.
