On receipt of notice from the public employees retirement system, Ohio police and fire pension fund, state teachers retirement system, or school employees retirement system of the re-employment of a retirant, the state highway patrol retirement system shall not pay, or if paid shall recover, any amount to be forfeited by the retirant in accordance with section145.38,742.26,3307.35, or3309.341of the Revised Code.
