Text
The county recorder, with regard to a certificate of title issued as the result of any proceeding contemplated by section5310.43or5310.44of the Revised Code, shall do both of the following:
(A)Transcribe or bind the certificate in the register of titles, the same as if land registration had not been abolished in the county. The recorder shall issue duplicates of such a certificate of title as provided in sections5309.25to5309.27of the Revised Code.
(B)Duplicate the certificate of title and record the duplicate as a muniment of title in the traditional recordation system.
