The county recorder and the probate court and the court of common pleas on the application of any party in interest, in any matter, suit, or proceeding in any way relating to registered land, or to any estate or interest therein, or lien or charge thereon, may compel by punishment as for a contempt the production and delivery to said recorder or courts of any duplicate or owner's certificate of title, duplicate or original mortgage, lease, or other paper pertaining to such land, or any estate therein, or lien or charge thereon. Said recorder and courts may by like means compel the release and discharge by the proper party of any lien or charge upon such land, or any part thereof, and may compel the performance of any act or thing required by sections5309.02to5310.21, inclusive, of the Revi
