Text
Except to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes of sections5310.43,5310.44, and5310.47of the Revised Code, on and after the date of implementation in a county that has abolished land registration:
(A)The court of common pleas and probate court of the county have no jurisdiction under Chapter 5309. or sections5310.01to5310.21of the Revised Code;
(B)No person shall file, and the clerk of the court of common pleas or clerk of the probate court of the county shall not accept, any application, pleading, or other paper commencing any action or proceeding arising under Chapter 5309. or sections5310.01to5310.21of the Revised Code except as contemplated by section5310.44or5310.47of the Revised Code.
