Text
No proceeding relating to registered land that is pending before any court, the county recorder, or an examiner of titles on the date of implementation, including, but not limited to, proceedings arising under section5309.27,5309.43,5309.44,5309.52,5309.61,5309.69,5309.71,5309.76,5309.81,5309.83, or5309.84of the Revised Code, is affected by the abolition of land registration in the county. The proceeding shall be carried through to completion in the same manner, with the same effects, and with the same rights of appeal, as if land registration had not been abolished in the county.
