Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury the department of developmental disabilities operating and services fund. The fund shall consist of the money transferred to it under section5168.68of the Revised Code. The money in the fund shall be used for the expenses of the programs that the department of developmental disabilities administers and the department's administrative expenses.
