Any contract the department of medicaid enters into with the department of mental health and addiction services under section5162.35of the Revised Code is subject to the approval of the director of budget and management and shall require or specify all of the following:

(A)That section5162.371of the Revised Code be complied with;

(B)How providers will be paid for providing the services;
