Text

As used in this section, "long-term care bed" has the same meaning as in section3702.51of the Revised Code. The operator of each county home and each county nursing home shall, not later than November 1, 2009, certify to the director of health the number of long-term care beds that were in operation in the home on July 1, 1993. The certification shall be accompanied by any documentation requested by the director.
