Witnesses may be subpoenaed on a hearing under  section5155.09of the Revised Code. They shall be entitled to  receive the same fees and mileage as provided by section2335.08of the Revised Code. Such subpoenas may be served by the sheriff  or the superintendent or administrator of the county home. The  sheriff and the jurors shall receive the same fees and mileage as  provided by sections311.17and2313.22of the Revised Code.
