Text
Irrespective of the number of patients for which the department of mental health and addiction services may charge a liable relative under sections5121.33and5121.35of the Revised Code, the department shall not charge a liable relative or group of liable relatives who are members of the same family unit for the support of more than one patient during the same period of time.
