Text
If a lead agency fails to enroll in the comprehensive case management and employment program an individual who is required by section5116.10of the Revised Code to participate in the program and to take corrective action that the department of job and family services requires the lead agency to take as a consequence of that failure, the department may take the action authorized by division (C)(5) of section5101.24of the Revised Code, including withholding and spending TANF block grant funds.
