Text

There is hereby established the prevention, retention, and contingency program. The department of job and family services shall administer the program, as long as federal funds are provided for the program, in accordance with Title IV-A, federal regulations, state law, the state Title IV-A plan submitted to the United States secretary of health and human services under section5101.80of the Revised Code, and amendments to the plan.
