Text
A certificate, under the common seal of the company referred to in section4971.02of the Revised Code, specifying its name, and the railroad which it is to hold, maintain, and operate, shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state. A certified copy of such certificate shall be evidence of a compliance with sections4971.01and4971.02of the Revised Code, and of the reorganization and existence of the company.
