Text

The title to the property transferred, with the right to use, occupy, and enjoy it for all purposes proper in the construction, maintenance, and operation of a railroad thereon, shall pass to and vest in the grantee company, by the execution of the deed referred to by section4969.01of the Revised Code, to the same extent as the granting company might or could use, occupy, and enjoy it.
