Text
Applications for requests for consent pursuant to section4939.03or4939.031of the Revised Code shall include the name of the person who owns or will own the small cell facility or wireless support structure for which consent is requested. A permit or other record of consent issued by a municipal corporation that authorizes the use of the public way pursuant to section4939.03or4939.031of the Revised Code shall include the name of the person who owns or will own the facility or structure.
